About HiMatcha

HiMatcha is a box specialized in matcha green tea, containing seven types of matcha-flavored snacks and eight other varieties of Japanese snacks every month.
Therefore, it's the perfect box for matcha lovers!

You will receive the box of the cycle you initially signed up for. HiMatcha switches to the next month's theme from the 15th of each month.

For example, if you sign up between July 15th and August 14th, you will receive the August theme.

Sure! You can make changes as long as it is before the next order is automatically created.

You can change the date for your next order by following these steps:
1. Log in and access your account page.
2. Click on Subscriptions.
3. Change the order date for the next box under Upcoming Orders.

Unfortunetely, The box is not vegetarian or halal.
If you are looking for a vegetarian or halal box, please contact us.
There might be a possibility to customize the contents of the box.

Boxes that have been paid for are non-refundable.
Please cancel your subscription before the renewal date, if you do not wish to be charged for future boxes.

Shipping

Shipping fee will be calculated in USD at checkout.

We will ship the first box within 1 to 3 business days after the purchase is made.

Currently, we can ship to the following areas:
the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand.

Billing

You will be charged immediately for the first box upon signing up. For the second box and onwards, you will be billed one month after the initial subscription date.

For example, if you subscribe on October 16th, the charge for the second box will be on November 16th.

Sure! You can skip the next box if you do so before being charged for it.
